Dais “Conversational API” Set Up
Overview:
Dais’ “conversational APIs” allow Dais’ customers to configure, through our no- interface, API integrations that can be triggered in connection with any event occurring within the Dais Platform.
Prerequisites:
You will need your product(s) configured with one or more questions to obtain the fields needed for the API calls. Once you have configured questions, you can walk through the below steps to configure an appropriate event and the conversational API.
Navigation:
Go to the “Products” tab at the top of the screen (please note, the user following these directions will require a “Product Admin” user role to access the “Products” tab.
- Select a product
- Select Events & Actions
- Select Event Group Name (if an Event Group has not yet been created, please click “+Create new event group” in the upper right-hand corner, give the new event group a name, and continue from there).
- + Add new event
- Select a product event
- + Add new action
- Select API Integration
- From here you can set up your API Integration.
