Copilot is where you can manage products, configure policy management, generate quotes, set up digital portals to sell insurance, and connect to third parties. The top navigation for Copilot changes depending on your account permissions and most people will not have access to everything. Everyone has access to the dashboard, the other available items are managed by adding additional user roles to someone's profile:
Customers
- This tab houses all of the clients that have been entered into the system, either via copilot or storefront.
Products
- Accessible via the 'Product Admin' role, this is where all of your organization's products will live. Please note that products are configurable via the UAT environment, and then will need to be 'versioned' and deployed up to production.
Portals
- Accessible via the 'Portal Admin' role, this tab houses all of your organization's portals and allows you to create, manage and delete them.
API tools
- Accessible via the 'Developer/IT' role, this tab houses the platform API logs for your organization, as well as automation logs, API keys, and developer documentation.
