Please note: renewals are set on a product by product basis. Whatever you configure for renewals will apply to all policies written on this product.
- Click on configuration
- If you would like to add a renewal notice, from the forms library, select a renewal form type, and map any forms needed. For more information, see the mappings video.
- Add a name for your notice. This name will be public-facing.
- Save your configuration
- Click on ‘issuance and renewal’
- Allow policy issuance
- Enable auto-renew
- Type in the number of days before policy expiration that you want a renewal quote to run.
- This renewal quote will run against the version of the product in place at the time of renewal
- Select the renewal notice to be generated, if needed
- Save your configuration
- To set up an email action, click on events and action
- Add a new event -policy renewal quoted
- Add a new action
- Choose the custom email option
- Configure and enable your email action
- Save your product
