Configuration of automatic renewals

Please note: renewals are set on a product by product basis. Whatever you configure for renewals will apply to all policies written on this product.

 

  1. Click on configuration
  2. If you would like to add a renewal notice, from the forms library, select a renewal form type, and map any forms needed. For more information, see the mappings video.
  3. Add a name for your notice. This name will be public-facing.
  4. Save your configuration
  5. Click on ‘issuance and renewal’
  6. Allow policy issuance
  7. Enable auto-renew
  8. Type in the number of days before policy expiration that you want a renewal quote to run.
  9. This renewal quote will run against the version of the product in place at the time of renewal
  10. Select the renewal notice to be generated, if needed
  11. Save your configuration
  12. To set up an email action, click on events and action
  13. Add a new event -policy renewal quoted
  14. Add a new action
  15. Choose the custom email option
  16. Configure and enable your email action
  17. Save your product
