Adopting New RaaS Versions

To request new versions of the RaaS product, please fill out the RaaS Version Request Template and submit your request to support@dais.com. Instructions on how to determine which RaaS version number to use are included in this template. 

 

Please allow up to 5 business days for your request to be completed. You will be notified once the new versions are available in your org. 

 

Importing New RaaS Versions 

 

To utilize the latest version, you will need to set up a new product within your org. General instructions on how to do so can be found here.

When creating your new product, select ‘New Bureau Product’ and search the catalog for the requested RaaS version. Make sure to give your new product a name that distinguishes it from the prior RaaS versioned product, then hit finish configuration. 

 

 

On the next screen, you may choose to apply optional forms and coverages, and hit ‘Finish and Save’ to finalize the creation of your new product.

Once your selections have been made, hit ‘Finish and Save’ for your new product to begin configuration.
