Prerequisite - Requesting to Enable Client Status Tracking
- To have this functionality enabled, please submit a request to support@dais.com
- You will need to provide a list of status categories that will apply for each product. The attached list is an example of status categories.
- You will be notified once this functionality has been enabled for your organization.
Using Client Status Tracking
- Once the Client Status Tracker functionality has been enabled, you will be able to track the status of your customers
- Go to Customer tab in the top left corner
- From the Client Name list , click on desired client
- You will now see a Client Status Tracker section on each client’s profile page
- Click on the status button to change or update your status
- You can also add free text to provide additional detail about your status change or add a note to the client
- Click the Update Status button once you are happy with your changes
